Kwan Tip Thai is a decent restaurant for Thai dishes. I usually order chicken or beef Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Basil Fried Rice. Sometimes, I ordered the Crispy Trout with Salad. All are pretty good. The papaya salad needs some improvement. The restaurant calls it Laos-style papaya salad, served with shredded papaya, tomato, carrot, and cabbage. There is no crab paste, no lime taste (not sour), and it is super salty. That's not the Laos style I had at other Laos/ Thai restaurants. The fried chicken wings would go well with the papaya salad, but it's chewy and needs more seasoning. We got the sticky rice, and it's always good. My wife and I order food from Kwan Tip Thai regularly, and I wish they could make improvements in the cooking and the attention to detail when taking customers' orders. We phone-ordered the beef pad see ew, for example and got the chicken pad see ew instead.

Pretty cool place if you like Thai food. Food is pretty good and flavorful. Service was also great. We ordered phad Thai, panang curry, chicken teriyaki, fried spring rolls and a mango lemonade.

I am never disappointed when I order from this restaurant. I love my food extremely spicy and ordering 5 stars from here never ceases to be right on target. The Crispy Garlic Chicken and Pad Thai are my go to meals, but everything they do is flavorful and so satisfying. I highly recommended.

Looking for a great Thai food near federal, this is the best place to go for a good dinner. Ordered Deep fried spring roll, green bean with garlic tofu for appetizer. Mixed veggies stir fried rice had a great flavor. Main course - Pineapple fried rice, regular fried rice and red curry rice. Drink - strawberry lemonade, mango lemonade and jasmine tea. Do try their red sauce if you like it spicy. The food was so good and flavorful. Quantity is little. One meal for each. Ambience is fantastic.

My wife and I decided to try out this small casual Thai restaurant while we're shopping in the area yesterday. The food was really delicious; we both considered it excellent. My wife had chicken with green beans, and I had chicken with red curry sauce. The flavors were rich and subtle, and the food was cooked perfectly. We highly recommend Quan Tip Thai.

I came here for lunch and I really enjoyed my experience. The person who was both the hostess and the food runner was an exceptionally sweet person, and she made you feel right at home. The lunch portion was very competitively priced and was super tasty. I ordered the red curry. If you're in the area and you are in the mood for Thai I would definitely suggest coming here and checking it out. If I had to nitpick anyting it's that the calamari rings were a little pricey for what you got, and I typically dislike when a beverage comes in a can rather the refillable fountain drinks.

While other restaurants skimp on quality and quantity. This unassuming spot dishes out really good fresh Thai cuisine. The tofu pad thai was one of the better meal I had in a long time. Lunch and dinner very reasonably priced.
